About this Project

Kevin and his mates bought this land about 50 years ago – as each mate got married – Kevin bought them out. In 1997, I checked the boundary (read story HIGHWAY ROBBERY below)

Then BAL laws came in in 2016 and 2 of the lots became worthless, too many trees to build so Kevin & Janet amalgamated them.

The 3625 Application plans show typical application plans I prepared to lodge with WA Planning and show the fire prone areas.
